Family of retired couple (husband and wife only) staying in a huge 121sqm HDB 5 room flat are looking to sublet their common aircon bedroom up to 2 pax stay. Nearby amenities include coffee shops, bus stop, MRT station, supermarket, community centre, schools, etc. Tenants are exclusively entitled the toilet/ bathroom with water heater, consume their meals at dining table by the living room, use the washing machine, dry their clothes at the launderette area, free use of wifi, exclusive shelves in the fridge, use of stove for light cooking of instant noodles. Rooms are equipped with beds, mattresses, wardrobe, aircon, window, curtains, lightings, power sockets, side table, fan, stools. Free use of ironing board and other appliances. Aircon shall be maintained and serviced by the Landlord.

2. Both working class or students
3. Able to converse in Mandarin/ English
4. Quiet nature
5. Commit to 2yrs leases to be free from paying agency commission
6. 2mths deposit required
7. Clean and tidiness is a must

2nd pax stay required to top up S$30 per night stay, occasionally.
