Viewing with prior appointment to experience the story of this house with a magical history;
A fairy-tale like mansion that stood on a magical hill left vacant since 1991, when its occupant, a naturalized Singaporean, Major Derrick Coupland passed away. The bungalow was beyond restoration then, but the present owners made attempt to preserve parts of the building, to remember Major Coupland, for his contribution to Singapore, well known for his role during the war and notable for being the force behind the charity work with war widows and those affected by the war.
